Sales Intern (UK, IT, ES markets)

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re on the hunt for a Sales Intern based in Brussels to support our growth and occupancy across key European cities. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to:

• Occupancy Driver: Help manage and optimize room occupancy across London, Madrid, and Milan.
• Data Explorer: Analyze performance and identify strategies to fill rooms more efficiently.
• Market Analyst: Conduct market research and support local strategy development.
• Team Player: Work closely with Marketing to drive leads and maximize conversion.
• First Impression Maker: Be the first point of contact for new members and guide them through the application process.
• Experience Champion: Ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from first contact through move-in.
• Partnership Builder: Identify and develop new local partnerships to boost acquisition.
• Feedback Translator: Collect, analyze, and share community feedback with internal teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills (written & oral) in an international environment.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in performance and results.
• Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment (CRM, sales techniques, adaptability).
• Sociable, service-oriented, and comfortable engaging with a community.
• Data-driven and solution-oriented approach in a competitive market.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish or Italian is a strong plus.
• Proactive, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset.
