About The Role

Join our Operational Excellence (OpEx) Warehouse team and learn how continuous improvement enables efficient and agile supply chain operations. As a OpEx Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in improving flows, reducing waste, and optimizing processes to ensure materials and products move efficiently across the site.

Key responsibilities:

• Support operational excellence initiatives focused on warehouse and logistics processes
• Design a data gathering system across the warehouse for operational performance management and problem identification.
• Learn how to improve flow efficiency and eliminate waste across supply chain operations
• Assist in analysing material flows, stock management and process bottlenecks
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and accuracy
• Support implementation of standard work and visual management tools
• Collaborate in problem-solving activities related to logistics inefficiencies
• Contribute to initiatives that improve service levels and operational agility
• Engage with teams to promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor´s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or Business or related scientific discipline.
• Interest in operations, logistics, and process optimization
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
• Programming and basic use of AI
• Comfortable working in a dynamic operational environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of Lean or Supply Chain concepts (nice to have)
