The Role

Starting in August/September 2026, we’re looking for a Marketing & Branding Intern to join our team in Amsterdam.

This is not your typical internship where you’ll only make decks or sit in meetings. As a Marketing & Branding Intern, you’ll play an active role in helping grow the GoSpooky brand. You’ll support marketing, branding, content and internal communication initiatives while working closely with the Marketing team and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, creative, organized and obsessed with internet culture, branding and content. Someone who loves turning ideas into reality and is excited to contribute to the growth of one of Europe’s leading social agencies.

What you'll do

• Support award submissions and collect case information across teams
• Create, edit and brainstorm content for GoSpooky’s social channels and brand platforms
• Write, build and optimize newsletters using Mailchimp
• Assist with branding, marketing and internal communication projects
• Support event planning, coordination and execution
• Help manage timelines, project planning and cross-functional collaboration
• Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow the GoSpooky brand

What we're looking for

• A third or final year student in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Media, Creative Business or a related field
• Highly organized, proactive and able to take ownership of projects
• Strong writing and communication skills in English
• Passionate about social media, branding and internet culture
• Comfortable creating and editing content; TikTok and Reels editing is a strong plus
• Able to balance creative thinking with hands-on execution
• Familiar with tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar platforms

Requirements

• You must be enrolled at a university within the EU
• You hold a valid residence permit and have a Dutch BSN
• You are based in the Netherlands
• Available to come to the office in Amsterdam

The starting date of the internship will be August/September 2026. This is a six-month internship, with the potential to transition into a junior role. The remuneration package for the internship is €500 per month based on full-time employment.
