Logistic Intern

We are looking for a Logistic Intern to join our Supply Chain (Warehouse & Logistic) Department in our business unit Bolton Food based in Italy.

How you make the difference

You will support the Traffic & Logistics team in managing transport and distribution activities, contributing to the timely and efficient delivery of finished products to international markets. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics operations, export processes, and cross-functional collaboration within an international environment.

How Your Agenda Looks Like

• You will support the management of order entry and processing through the SAP system;
• You will assist in preparing shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments, learning the specific requirements for EU and non-EU countries;
• You will support the team in ensuring compliance with national and international transport regulations and administrative requirements;
• You will assist in checking customs documentation and export-related paperwork;
• You will support daily interactions with external stakeholders, including veterinary authorities, and help prepare export eligibility documentation;
• You will collaborate with internal departments such as Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Administration, Planning, and Bolton International to ensure smooth logistics operations;
• You will contribute to data collection, reporting, and continuous improvement activities within the Traffic & Logistics function.

Your Team

You will become part of the Warehouse & Logistic Team in Cermenate Plant, reporting to the Traffic Supervisor.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• High school diploma;
• Previous experience in similar roles is considered a plus;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite;
• English proficiency;
• Accuracy, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
