The Role

• Develop and implement customer-specific software solutions within the company or at client sites.

• Provide IT consulting, training, and support to users, ensuring smooth adoption of systems.

• Manage system integration and database administration, overseeing the backbone of IT infrastructure.

• Test and enhance existing applications, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.

• Design and program user-friendly interfaces, focusing on intuitive and efficient user experiences.

• Select appropriate hardware and software components to build robust and scalable IT systems.

What You'll Need

• A secondary school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife) or equivalent (e.g., (fach) Hochschulreife).

• A strong affinity for technology and enthusiasm for project-based work.

• Excellent logical and analytical thinking skills to effectively problem-solve.

• Good English language skills and solid soft skills for effective communication and collaboration.

• A developed understanding of computer systems and their applications.
