Posizione:

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and network-related issues.
  • Respond to and track IT support requests through the ticketing system.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS workstations.
  • Assist with user account creation, password resets, and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Prepare and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for new employees.
  • Support meeting room technology, video conferencing systems, and office equipment.
  • Assist with software installations, updates, and system maintenance.
  • Document technical procedures and maintain IT inventory records.
  • Collaborate with external vendors when required.
  • Support IT projects, including hardware rollouts, office openings, and technology upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and data protection standards.

Requisiti:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Basic understanding of computer networks, hardware, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and service-focused mindset.
  • Good English (written and spoken) and Italian.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Interest in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure.
