Start: September 2026 – 6 to 12 month fixed-term.
Tasks
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated intern (m/f/d) with a passion for computer science and HR.
- You will assist with the development, implementation, and optimization of HR systems and tools
- You will help define the target state and vision for the deployment of HR tools and the use of HR data
- You will assist in creating reports and analyses to enable informed decisions based on HR data
- You will create and maintain documentation on existing HR processes to lay the groundwork for digitalization
- You will work closely with HR colleagues and other departments
- You will assist in the collection, cleansing, and structuring of HR data to ensure better data quality
- You will work on low-code development projects (e.g., using MS Power Platform and MS 365) to automate HR processes
- You will assist in evaluating current HR systems and identifying opportunities for improvement

Requirements
- You are currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences in fields such as business informatics, computer science, business administration with a focus on digitalization, or a comparable degree program
- You must be enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment must be included with your application)
- You are a quick learner and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics
- You have some experience with low-code development (MS Power Platform)
- You have basic knowledge of or an interest in SAP HR solutions, which complement your profile
- You are a team player and enjoy working together to develop solutions
- You are proficient in MS Office applications and have advanced Excel skills
- You excel in communication, reliability, and taking initiative
- You are fluent in both spoken and written German and English
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
