Internship – Foresight, Innovation & Venture Building

As an Intern for Foresight, Innovation & Venture Building, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, supporting clients in strategic foresight, innovation, and venture building, while also contributing to Bluemorrow’s internal initiatives and processes. This role is designed to provide you with valuable insights into the daily operations of an agile and future-focused company, equipping you with practical skills and a deeper understanding of foresight-driven business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

As an intern at Bluemorrow, you will work closely with our team, gaining exposure to various aspects of foresight, innovation, and venture building, as well as the work of building up a consultancy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Support: Assist in client projects by conducting research, gathering data, preparing presentations, contributing to workshops, etc.
• Internal Initiatives: Contribute to internal projects, including creating knowledge-sharing materials, supporting marketing efforts, and improving operational processes.
• Collaboration and Learning: Work alongside Bluemorrow’s experienced consultants, actively participating in team discussions and brainstorming sessions.

Your role will be dynamic and varied, offering a balance between structured tasks and opportunities to take initiative and bring your ideas to the table.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, innovation management, foresight, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support team collaboration and external stakeholder engagement.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, Google environment and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro), and a willingness to explore and learn AI and other digital tools.
• Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is essential
• Passion for Innovation: Demonstrated interest in foresight, innovation, and venture building, with curiosity about emerging trends and technologies.
• Work Permit: A valid work permit for the selected location, Germany or Switzerland, is a must.

Duration and Compensation

• Start Date: 15.09.26 or 1.10.26
• Duration: This is a full-time internship for 6 months.
• Compensation: This is a paid internship at a fixed rate, which we share with you in the first interview.
• Office Location: Work from our central office space in Berlin, with an expectation to be on-site 2–3 times per week.
