About the Role

Your Impact: Within the PR team, the internship is responsible for strategically advancing our targeted client outreach and creating exceptional customer experiences. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-performing industrial environment within the luxury sector. The intern will collaborate closely with marketing, retail and digital teams. The intern will be working with the scope of Switzerland, Austria and partially Germany.

Day-to-Day Missions

• Coordinate PR communication for journalists and VIPs, implementing the VIP and journalist strategy and serving as the primary contact for novelties.
• Responsible for monthly reporting of press clipping editorials and Instagram tracking, analyzing and reporting the results of various strategies, and implementing key learnings.
• Prepare product orders and shipments for journalists using Art of Gifting, and organize press send-outs for journalists and VIPs for new launches.
• Identify new VIPs and create casting proposals for upcoming launches.

Your Profile

• You possess strong detail-orientation, a hands-on mentality, and very good prioritization skills.
• You are able to adapt your communication to each of your interlocutors.
• You graduated from a business school, hotel school or university with a degree in Communication or Marketing.
• You ideally already possess prior working experience within PR or Luxury industry.
• You are fluent in German and English; French is a strong plus.
• You are an outgoing and independent personality with a positive mindset, and you bring an understanding of the Beauty and the Luxury industry.
