For our Global Total Reward Function we are seeking a curious and enthusiastic intern who will:

• Collaboration in the management of short-term variable incentive plans (MBO) (target assignment, campaign progress monitoring, payout calculation)
• Operational support for long-term incentive plans (LTI), both cash and equity
• Support in the management and implementation of the Salary Review process
• Support in managing benefits and interacting with payroll
• Support in the implementation of the European Pay Transparency Directive
• Updating and maintaining HR tools (Success Factor, database, Excel reporting)
• Support in managing job grading processes
• Preparation of presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders
  

Requirements

Master’s in Economics or Statistics

Technical Skills

• Understanding of the main Total Reward processes
• Knowledge of:
• Salary review cycle
• MBO and incentive systems
• Compensation benchmarks
• Job weighting
• Flexible benefits and corporate welfare
  

Other Skills

Ability to analyze HR data and create reports

Advanced use of Excel and HRIS tools

Very good knowledge of the English language
