Global Circularity - Intern
As the Circular Economy intern, you will have a global role to support in identifying, coordinating and managing initiatives and projects with the objective to meet DLL’s circular economy goals for business growth and sustainability.

Day To Day
- Support the Head of Circularity & Lifecycle Asset Management in:
- Circular economy pilots project management of newly identified & support to on-going pilots
- Benchmarking & quantification: manage & build on existing models; create and monitor key metrics
- Knowledge Management: create and maintain circular economy information repository (partner/customer feedback & needs, key figures, slide decks, videos, regulatory needs…)
- Guidelines & playbooks: create new documents per need and maintain and update existing documents
- Support external partnerships & DLL external positioning on circular economy
- Governance: setup a governance and global program management office for all on-going circular economy initiatives above
- Communication plan: create and execute communication plan (external and internal)

Essentials
- Ability to analyse & summarise diverse & complex sets of information and data (both qualitative & quantitative)
- Interest in and at ease with change management
- Mastery of MS Office tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Word…)
- Exemplary communication skills in English, written & oral
- Degree in business/engineering from a top school with courses including at least one of: Circular Economy, Sustainability, Project Management, Finance
Extras
- Master’s degree preferred
- Hands-on experience on Circular Economy
- Knowledge of another European language
Compensations
The internship will start in February. You will receive an internship allowance of €350 - €500 gross per month, based on your educational level and 38 hours a week. If you work less, this amount will be prorated.
