Founder's Associate (Business Intern)

We're looking for a Founder Associate to join us for a business-side internship at Aranis.

Aranis is building an operational perception layer for defence and dual-use applications, combining live video, multi-sensor data, AI and augmented reality into a single shared understanding of the environment for people making decisions on the ground.

We're a lean team with a working product, active customer & ecosystem engagement, and an ambitious roadmap. As opportunities grow, we're looking for someone to work directly with the founders and help us execute.

This is a business-focused role (no coding required). You'll support areas including:

• Fundraising and investor research
• Market and competitive intelligence
• CRM and pipeline management
• Programs and grant applications
• Customer and partner research
• Pitch decks, strategic documents and event preparation

Profile

• Student or recent graduate based in Europe
• Excellent written English
• Highly organised, analytical and proactive
• Comfortable using AI tools across the board
• Future founder mentality, able to work independently on multiple fronts
• Interest in defence, security, dual-use technology or European innovation is a strong plus

Backgrounds in business, economics, international relations, political science, engineering or similar are all welcome. We're much more interested in curiosity, ownership and execution than a specific degree.

• Fully remote (we are a cross-European team)
• Part-time (15–20 hours/week, flexible), initial length of 3 months with potential for a longer-term position
• Pay and benefits depending on profile and experience
