What you'll do
- Creating and maintaining the customer invoice list.
- Analysis and listing of remittance advice.
- Sending Invoice & Credit Notes.
- Communication and coordination with sales team.
- Customer registration and master data deductions.
- Customer correspondence and handling of inquiries.
- Support in monthly closing activities.
- Support in identifying issues, troubleshooting and implementing solutions.
- Support the Planning Team with daily tasks and budget-related processes and system approval workflow administration.
What you must have
- Completed secondary education, commercial education, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Accounting, or a related finance function is considered an advantage.
- Strong numerical aptitude and good Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Native-level German and fluent English required. Korean language skills are an advantage.
- Flexible and proactive working attitude.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Reliable and responsible with a structured and organized working style.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

The minimum monthly gross salary for this internship, according to the applicable collective agreement, is EUR 2,156 based on 38.5 hours per week.
Duration: minimum 6 months, preferably at least 18 months.
