THE ROLE

The Finance Intern will work closely alongside an experienced accounting professional based in Madrid.

Essential Functions To Learn Will Be

  • Supplier invoice accounting for service and stock suppliers in ERP (data entry) in the AP ledger of Legends Global´s Spanish divisions.
  • Invoice vs purchase order matching for invoice approval purposes in ERP.
  • Invoice filing for later reference in line with established process.
  • Opportunity to explore other areas of Finance such as revenue reconciliations and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Ongoing degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel required. Experience with any ERP system is an important advantage.
  • Basic Accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently essential.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Good level of English and Spanish.
