Finance Intern

Purpose and main priorities of the role

At Fedrigoni, we are continuously looking for talented and analytical students and recent graduates to join our Finance organization.

Our Finance Intern opportunities may be available across different areas of the function, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Controlling, Pricing, Commercial Finance, and other Finance-related teams.

Depending on the specific assignment, you will support business performance analysis, financial planning activities, reporting processes, pricing initiatives, profitability assessments, and strategic projects, working closely with finance professionals and cross-functional stakeholders.

This internship represents an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a dynamic international environment and to develop a solid understanding of how Finance supports business decisions and value creation.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities;
• Contributing to business performance analysis and management reporting;
• Preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders;
• Supporting profitability, pricing, and commercial performance analyses;
• Monitoring financial and operational KPIs;
• Gathering, validating, and analyzing data to support decision-making;
• Collaborating with Finance and other business functions on cross-functional projects;
• Contributing to process improvement and digitalization initiatives within the Finance organization.
  

The Attitude And Skills We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Interest in finance, business analysis, controlling, and data-driven decision making;
• Good knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is considered a plus;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn;
• Fluency in English.
