Employer Branding Intern

Innatera is a rapidly growing Dutch semiconductor company that develops ultra-efficient neuromorphic processors for AI at the edge. These microprocessors mimic the brain’s mechanisms for processing fast data streams from sensors, enabling complex turn-key sensor analytics functionalities, with 10,000x higher performance per watt than competing solutions. Innatera's technology serves as a critical enabler for next-generation use cases in the IoT, wearable, embedded, and automotive domains.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Employer Branding Intern who would like to use their creativity and passion to build our Employer Branding together. For this role, the candidate will be part of the People & Culture Team and work closely with Talent Acquisition and the Marketing Team.

We will trust you with:

• Assist in blueprinting, shooting, and editing authentic video content that captures the daily life, ownership, and collaboration inside our teams.
• Support interviews with our brilliant colleagues, extract their personal journeys, and translate them into compelling, evidence-based people stories.
• Assist in the renovation of our career page, in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, to accurately highlight our internal culture.
• Help create a comprehensive employer branding portfolio—from quarterly new-joiner features to deep-dive employee spotlights—that clearly shows candidates who we are and what we build.

Technical/functional skills:

• Current enrollment in a Communication, Media, Marketing, or related university program;
• Proven, hands-on experience in video creation and editing. You need to provide a portfolio (academic, personal, or freelance projects) demonstrating your ability to structure a visual story, edit footage, and deliver a polished final asset;
• Interested in copywriting with a focus on clear, genuine communication; you know how to write like a human talking to another human;
• Interested in using AI tools;
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace;
• Fluent in English.
