Distribution Intern - 12 month Career Starter Program

During the internship in the Distribution Team at AstraZeneca, you will have the opportunity to engage, take initiative and be part of significant project teams to propose changes and deliver real value to our patients, customers and our company.

As an intern, you will support the team in day-to-day activities related to distribution processes, customer service and operational excellence, with a particular focus on cooperation with pharmacies and hospitals.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives, support the implementation of new solutions, and help the team identify smarter and more efficient ways of working, including the use of digital and AI-based tools such as ChatGPT, NotebookLM and similar solutions.

Essential Requirements

• University degree or last 1–2 years of studies, preferably in business-related disciplines
• A strong interest in healthcare
• Customer-centric mindset with willingness to support internal and external stakeholders, including pharmacies and hospitals
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a genuine passion for learning and growing
• Committed to personal and professional development
• A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, systems and concepts
• Proactive mindset with willingness to take on new challenges and contribute with your own ideas and skills
• Interest in process improvement, operational efficiency and continuous optimization
• Openness to learning and applying new technologies and AI-supported solutions in everyday work
