How will you make an impact?

You will use the latest data management technologies to improve health and education services for citizens in a number of low- and middle-income countries, including the DRC, Ethiopia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Mozambique, Somalia, Chad, and others.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Maintain and create Tableau dashboards
• Create views in database and updated table structure, apply backend table structure changes in the view layer
• Support database cleanup and impact analysis
• Collaborate with other functional areas, such as Engineering

We are looking for:

• Experience with a BI tool (preferably Tableau, PowerBI experience is also sufficient)
• SQL skills to query database and understand existing scripts
• Foundational statistical knowledge (understanding of mean/median/std dev, basic probabilities, and data distributions)
• Experience with building and maintaining ETL flows is a plus
• Experience with unstructured data (e.g JSON files) is a plus
• Experience with Python or other programming languages is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English
