Data & AI engineering intern

Job Description

Green Giraffe is one of the leading financial advisors in the energy transition. We offer bespoke financial advice, market intelligence and development services in all renewable and energy transition technologies.

Within the Data & AI team, we build and maintain the company's data platform and analytics capabilities. We gather information from multiple internal and external sources, structure and organize data, develop reporting solutions, and explore innovative AI technologies to support our advisory teams.

We are seeking for a six-month intern to support the development of our data platform, automation initiatives, and exploratory AI projects.

Missions

• Help with the maintenance and evolution or our data analytics platform in Microsoft fabric, developing and maintaining data pipelines, Power BI reports and fabric agents (30/40%)
• Help structure, classify and enrich documents and information stored in SharePoint, leveraging AI and automation workflows (30/40%)
• Participate in the development of specialized AI agents & workflows to improve access to information & automate tasks (30%)
  

Example of projects where you could be involved

• Develop end-to-end analytics projects in Microsoft fabric, with data pipelines, Power BI reports or AI agents for consumers
• Build a Power automate workflow to automate storing/ tagging of documents
• Build Data/AI workflows using Claude or Copilot studio to query automatically past power point presentations and build new slides
  

Job Requirements

Skills:

• Studies in data science, computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics or any relevant field
• Fluent in English
• Analytical mind, problem-solving skills and ability to work with structured and unstructured information
• Knowledge of Python is required
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools is a plus (Power BI, Tableau, Fabric or equivalent)
• Experience with AI technologies, machine learning, LLMs or AI assistants is a plus
