I'm Joanna, Chief of Staff at HoloGrowth, an eCommerce Growth Partner that scales brands to 7 and 8 figures in revenue. We're a small team responsible for over $25M in yearly portfolio revenue for clients across the US, UK and EU. This is a hands-on, design-focused internship with senior mentorship. You'll spend most of your time creating, learning and doing, rather than just watching.
What You Will Actually Do
- Create ad creatives (static and video) for real eCommerce brands
- Edit and assemble video content
- Implement design tools and creative best practices into your routine through structured training
- Understand where and how your creatives run inside Meta Ads Manager
- Absorb the marketing strategy behind the creative as you go
- Join team calls and collaborate directly with the whole team
- Contribute to growing our partners with your fresh ideas and new angles of seeing things
Who This Is For
- A creative or marketing background (studies, personal projects, self-taught,..)
- Basic experience with at least one design tool (Canva, Figma, CapCut, Premiere, Photoshop, etc.)
- Basic Meta ads familiarity: you've navigated Meta Ads Manager before or willing to learn it
- Basic marketing knowledge
- Fluent English required, German knowledge is a big plus
- Available on Wednesdays and early afternoons on other days, so you can join team calls
- A learn-fast mindset, ownership, and a problem-solving attitude
- Laptop with webcam and microphone
Who This Role Is NOT For
- You want a full media buying role where you own and run campaigns end to end
- You never learned something when you didn’t have to.
- You need constant, step-by-step instruction
- You're uncomfortable being challenged or getting direct feedback
