Your opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Corporate HR Intern to join our HR Advisors Team and support the day-to-day operations of our HR function based in Milan.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working closely with HR professionals and contributing to key activities across the employee lifecycle.
In this role, you will support core HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding processes, HR data management, reporting, and the coordination of HR initiatives and events. You will play an important role in ensuring that processes run smoothly, accurately, and in line with internal guidelines.

How you will contribute
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the HR team
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all steps
• Maintain and update HR systems and data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and metrics, KPIs
• Support the management and archiving of HR documentation
• Contribute to ensuring compliance with HR policies and internal procedures
• Help coordinate HR initiatives, projects, and communication activities
• Assist in organizing HR events and engagement activities
• Provide administrative support in managing external stakeholders (e.g., agencies, universities, vendors)
Who you are?
• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong interest in HR and willingness to learn and grow in the field
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Strong team spirit and service-oriented mindset
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus
• English (native level) and fluent Italian
