Corporate Finance Intern

We are looking for talented students to join our Helsinki office as Analyst Interns for

3–5 months in spring or fall period in 2027, with flexible start and end dates. Please indicate your period of availability in the application.

Evli Corporate Finance is one of the leading providers of investment banking services in Finland and Sweden with a broad offering within M&A, ECM, and Debt Advisory. We currently employ over 20 professionals, and our clientele consists of both public and private companies, private equity firms and family offices. During the last decade, our team has completed over 200 transactions.

At Evli you will be an integrated member of our highly experienced Corporate Finance team. You will be involved in demanding projects, both M&A and ECM, and should expect a high level of involvement and responsibility from day one. Tasks will include company and market analysis, valuation, financial modelling, and the preparation of presentation materials, among other responsibilities.

Expected profile:

• 2nd – 5th year university student with relevant studies in e.g., Finance, Economics, Accounting or Industrial Engineering and Management
• Goal-oriented, analytical mindset and high work ethic
• Team player with good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Genuine interest in business and financial markets
• Fluent in Finnish and English
• Relevant previous work experience is not required but is considered as an asset
