Hanken Business Lab now accepts applications for a COMMUNITY INTERN

Hanken Business Lab is a startup incubator that provides growth-oriented support services to its resident startups and entrepreneurs through mentoring, events, wide international networks, community-building activities, and access to resources in both Helsinki and Vaasa.
We’re looking for a creative and driven Community Intern to join our dynamic, startup-focused team. As an intern, you will work closely with the Head of Incubation and Community to support daily operations and ongoing development of our incubation services, L&G EPIC (Louise and Göran Ehrnrooth and Partners Incubation Community). Your responsibilities will include community event organising and promotion, supporting the management of Hanken Business Lab memberships and member relations, daily maintenance of our co-working spaces, internal and external communications, and more.
We offer a dynamic, fast-paced, and international work environment where you’ll collaborate with entrepreneurs, industry experts, cross-border partners, and fellow students daily. You’ll gain hands-on experience in international community management, startup support operations, and event production. This internship is based on-site at our co-working spaces in Helsinki.
Interns at Hanken Business Lab are considered full team members. You'll participate in team meetings, join internal planning sessions, and contribute to shaping our activities, future initiatives, and your own role. The working language at Hanken Business Lab is English.
We are looking for a well-organised, reliable, and diligent 2nd-5th year BSc or MSc student. Students from Hanken will be given priority in the recruitment process. The tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:

The position is 20 hours/week with flexible office hours to be jointly decided upon. The salary is 1270 €/month. The trial period is two months.
