About The Role - Growth & Business Development Intern

This is a 3-month, remote internship opportunity for people who enjoy understanding how businesses across the world really work, and build systems and processes that can make these businesses work even better, while building a career in Cloud consulting, AI services, and Systems Architecture.

Based on performance and mutual agreement, this internship can be extended to 6 months.

This isn't a traditional BD role. You won't be handed a script, a territory, and a quota. You'll be handed a market that Cirro is entering, and the job is to figure out how to crack it.

That means building outreach systems from scratch, using AI to research, personalize, and automate at a scale a single person normally couldn't manage. It means getting on calls, qualifying prospects, and working directly with leadership to shape how Cirro shows up in a new geography.

This is a global role, working with companies across time zones. So we don't track hours worked. We track outcomes. You plan your own schedule around what needs to get done.

By the end of the internship, you'll have run a real go-to-market motion, not shadowed one. The meetings you book and the deals you move are real pipeline for a real business.

If you've ever wanted to understand how a company actually grows, not the theory, but the actual mechanics of finding a customer and winning them, this is where you learn it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market outreach and pipeline building
    • Learn how Cirro identifies and approaches the businesses we work with, then start doing it
    • Build and run AI-powered outreach sequences that research prospects, craft personalized messaging, and open conversations at scale
    • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understanding what makes a business a good fit for what Cirro does
  • Client engagement and discovery
    • Get on calls with prospects, learn to ask the right questions, and understand what a business actually needs before pitching anything
    • Work with leadership to translate what you're hearing in the market into sharper positioning and messaging
  • Pipeline management and deal support
    • Own your pipeline in the CRM, keep it clean, keep it moving
    • Support the team on active deals, from follow-ups and proposals to helping push opportunities toward a close
  • Reporting and iteration
    • Track what's working and what isn't, open rates, reply rates, conversion at each stage
    • Bring that data back into the outreach system and make it better

This is a commission-only internship, designed as an intensive, mentorship-driven learning experience. The tools that you will get access to, the exposure, and the technical and soft-skills you'll gain here are meant to fast-track your career in Consulting and Business Development in 2026.
