What You'll Be Doing:

  • Improve how we work, every day–You’ll dig into our current processes, spot inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and design simpler, leaner workflows that help the team deliver faster with less friction
  • Champion the user experience–You’ll map user journeys end-to-end,identifypain points, and collaborate in design sessions focused on usability and adoption — always asking “why does this matter to the user?”
  • Keep the backlog sharp and outcome-focused–You’lldefine clear acceptance criteria tied to user outcomes, support backlog refinement with a focus on value delivery, and ensure the Definition of Ready reflects real user value
  • Connect the dots across teams – You'll talk to people across different departments to understand how they define key terms, then propose a unified approach that helps everyone speak the same language
  • Bring ideas to life through visuals – Create easy-to-understand process flows, problem statements, and stakeholder maps that help the team make better decisions

What You'll Need:

  • Currently pursuing a master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or something similar.
  • Experience with process mapping, gathering requirements, or analyzing how things work (even from class projects or previous internships)
  • Familiarity with: Confluence, Jira, Miro, or similar design and project management tools.
  • Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum concepts (user stories, sprints, backlogs)
  • You're someone who: Can stay organized across multiple projects, work effectively with ambiguity, and turn workflows into clear, user-friendly documentation
  • You enjoy: Simplifying complex processes, questioning “why do we do it this way?”, and advocating for better ways of working.
  • You're comfortable with: Ambiguity, talking to different people, and piecing together information from multiple sources
