For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V.(YME), located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Brand Marketing Intern in our Marketing Division.

Your Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Support

• Campaign planning: Assisting in defining objectives, target audiences, key messages, and suitable communication channels.
• Creating campaign materials: Drafting email content, writing landing page text, or preparing visuals.
• Coordinating campaign steps: Cross-functional working amongst the Marketing Department, preparing and working with various teams, digital, social, paid campaigns.
• Tracking performance: Monitoring metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, website visits, and social engagement, followed by a brief performance report.

Communication & Branding Tasks

• Creating branded materials: Developing presentations, visuals, and templates that follow our style guidelines.

Supporting internal communication: Preparing team updates, or announcements.

• Ensuring brand consistency: Reviewing copy and visuals to ensure alignment with branding standards regarding tone, colors, layout, and messaging.
• Updating communication platforms: Refreshing website text, sharing assets on the website and the media library, posting news updates, or preparing event communication.

Photoshoot and Event Support

• Analysis on creative concepts: Considering our target demographic and brand guidelines, working with our agencies to produce high quality concepts in advance of photoshoots/events
• Coordination with Distributors: Using the marine brand guidelines to support Distributors in creating assets that can be shared across Europe and meet YME and YMC standards.
• Evaluating the output: Sharing feedback reports on both successes and points of improvement of the photoshoot/event.

What do you bring?

• You are enrolled as a student in a Dutch Academic institution;
• You are studying a Bachelor or Master degree;
• This internship is part of your course and University is willing to provide internship agreement;
• If you are Non-EU student, your University is willing to sign a tri-party agreement;
• You are available for 6 months;
• You are available to come to our office in Schiphol-Rijk 3 times per week;
• Fluent in English.

About Yamaha Motor Europe
Yamaha Motor Europe is responsible for coordinating the marketing and sales activities of our products in the European market, mainly: Yamaha motorcycles, scooters, marine engines, personal watercraft vehicles, boats, 4-wheeled all terrain and side-by-side vehicles (ATVs/SSVs), lightweight vehicles (golf cars, personal and commercial vehicles).
