Working Student - Customer Experience

Your Responsibilities

• Support the setup, maintenance, and optimization of customer feedback programs (e.g., NPS, CSAT) using Qualtrics
• Assist in designing, testing, and deploying surveys across channels
• Monitor response rates, feedback volume, and data quality (including open-text responses)
• Support the analysis of customer feedback data to identify trends, recurring themes, and potential pain points
• Help structure findings into clear, easy-to-understand summaries, reports, and presentations
• Support the maintenance of automated dashboards
• Prepare regular reports (weekly and monthly) for internal stakeholders

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled as a student
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Interest in customer experience, data analysis, and digital products
• Experience working with Excel is a plus
• Structured, reliable, and proactive way of working
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Hands-on mentality and curiosity to explore data and customer behavior
