As our People & Workplace Intern, you'll help create an exceptional employee experience by supporting our HR operations and ensuring our Paris office runs smoothly. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how People Operations works in a fast-growing international tech company while making a real impact from day one.
What you'll do
- Support payroll administration and prepare employee contracts and HR documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and organize HR documentation in Notion
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Paris office, including facilities, vendors, and office supplies
- Welcome employees and visitors and support office events and engagement initiatives
- Respond to employee requests and provide administrative support to the People team
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR and workplace processes
What you bring
- Currently pursuing a Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluent in French and English
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, autonomous, and eager to learn
- A people-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Previous internship or student job experience is a plus
