Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in the day-to-day management of client accounts.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up action lists.
- Assist with project documentation, briefs, and status reports.
- Track project milestones and proactively flag potential risks or delays.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders (creative, content, production, strategy teams) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Help maintain project management tools
- Support quality assurance by ensuring deliverables align with client briefs.
- Learn agency processes and contribute ideas for improving team efficiency
Requirements
Required:
- Very good command of English (C1)
- A vailability 5 days a week in more or less standard hours (9-17) and willingness to work full-time after the internship
- Attention to detail
- Strong interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, advertising, or client services
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow processes
- Sense of project ownership and responsibility
- Technical curiosity with a thirst for knowledge in online marketing
- Ability to operate on agreed delivery dates with minimum supervision
- Willingness to play in a team
