What Will You Do?

• Welcome guests and provide professional service throughout their stay.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Communicate with guests in English on a daily basis.
• Manage phone calls and email correspondence.
• Cooperate closely with other hotel departments.
• Provide administrative support to Front Office operations.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of hotel reception procedures and standards.

Kvalifikace

Who Are We Looking For?

• Students of hospitality, tourism, business, or related fields.
• Candidates available for a minimum internship period of 4 months.
• Friendly, positive, and guest-oriented personalities.
• Good command of the English language.
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
• Reliable, motivated, and professional individuals with a passion for hospitality.
