Junior Strategy & Solutions Analyst

(Part-Time / Internship · København K, Denmark · 24–32 hours per week)

At Heyra, we build AI systems, workflows and data platforms that are meant to live in production from day one. We work closely with companies that are moving quickly and need strategy that can keep up with the pace of change.

We're looking for a Junior Strategy & Solutions Analyst who loves AI-native solutions. Someone with a strategic, analytical, entrepreneurial mind who thrives at the intersection of business, technology and people, and who wants real responsibility while still studying.

You'll work closely with forward-deployed engineers, software, AI- and data engineers in a company where ideas move quickly and the distance from thinking to building is intentionally small.

What you'll work on

• Supporting client discovery: identifying business challenges, framing digital strategies, shaping clear product visions
• Getting hands-on with defining the products we build
• Working closely with clients throughout delivery, alongside highly technical teams
• Contributing to delivery, handover and continuous improvement across digital projects
• Helping build Heyra from the inside — sharpening delivery frameworks and shaping how we scale our strategy & solutions practice

The mix of tasks will flex with your strengths and your study schedule. We care more about how you think than how many hours are on the clock.

Requirements

You probably have

• Enrollment at CBS, ITU, KU, DTU or similar, in the final year of your bachelor's or partway through your master's
• Strong analytical instincts and solid business sense
• A clear communicator who builds good relationships easily
• A structured, proactive approach and excitement for responsibility early in your career
• Comfort holding your own in a room with experienced people, and willingness to ask the obvious question when it needs asking
• Availability for 24–32 hours per week, with flexibility around exam periods
• Fluency in English; Danish is a plus but not a requirement

Previous experience from a student job, case competitions, a student organisation, or your own project counts, but what matters most is drive and the way you approach problems.
