What you will do:

The candidate will provide support for the Sales & Client Operations team. We are looking for candidates with a solid foundation in accounting and administrative management, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. No prior experience in collections and debt management is necessary, as specific training will be provided during the internship.

General responsibilities:

• Identification and application of incoming transfers.
• Balance of payments against open invoices.
• Management of partial, duplicate, or mismatched payments.
• Daily review of bank deposits and payment receipts.
• Reconciliation with accounting, risk, and sales departments.
• Management of bank remittances.

What are we looking for:

1- Academic Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration and management, economics, finance or a related field.

2- Professional Experience:

• Not required / applicable.

3- Languages:

• High level of Spanish.
• High level of English is a plus.

4- Specific Knowledge

• Good skills with MS Office suite, advanced level of Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) is a plus.

5- Skills

• Ability to learn and a desire for professional development.
• Analytical profile and attention to detail.
• Organizational skills and ability to work with economic and financial information.
• Proactive and self-motivated to take on new tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsibility and rigor in handling data and information.
