About Biolyz

Biolyz is a full-stack saliva-based biomarker testing company on a mission to accelerate access to biomarker analytics for all humans, globally. We offer a non-invasive testing solution whereby athletes and coaches simply use a cotton swab to collect saliva, which we analyze via mass spectrometry within 48 hours across 60+ biomarkers covering stress, recovery, metabolism, and inflammation. Our platform delivers real-time, hyper-personalized insights directly to coaches and athletes. Having tested over 2.5 million biomarkers across teams in the Champions League, Bundesliga, Premier League and Ligue 1 and other sports, Biolyz has powered the best athletes in their field.

About the Role

We're looking for a Content & Social Media Intern who wants to help tell the Biolyz story everywhere it happens, not just on a feed. You'll create the content that carries our brand across social media, partner activations, and the events and trade fairs where we meet clubs, coaches, and athletes face to face.

This isn't a "write captions and schedule posts" role. You'll travel with the team, go behind the scenes at elite sports clubs, and take ownership of our presence at industry events and fairs, defining, planning, and running them, not just capturing content there. You'll also support partnership moments with the right visual and written content. You'll capture real moments with your phone or a camera, craft assets with AI tools, and turn cutting-edge science into content that feels human, exciting, and shareable. You'll have real creative ownership from day one.

The stories are already there: extraordinary athletes, fascinating science, meaningful partnerships. Your job is to find them and tell them in a way that stops the scroll, wherever they show up.

What You'll Do

  • Own Biolyz's content across channels (primarily Instagram, plus partnership and event materials) end to end: strategy, creation, publishing, and community engagement
  • Support partnerships with content and collateral for partner clubs, co-marketing, and brand collaborations
  • Define, plan, and manage Biolyz's presence at events, conferences, and trade fairs, from picking the right events and setting the plan to running logistics and owning execution on-site
  • Represent Biolyz at events, conferences, and trade fairs, capturing content on-site and helping the team make the most of those moments
  • Travel with the team to experience elite sports environments, training sessions, and club partnerships firsthand
  • Shoot and produce original photo and video content using your phone and cameras, in labs, on pitches, at competitions, at events, wherever the story is
  • Meet and capture the athletes, coaches, partners, and personalities behind the Biolyz story
  • Design high-quality creatives and visual assets for social media, campaigns, partnership materials, and event collateral
  • Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to ideate faster, iterate quicker, and produce at a high standard
  • Track performance metrics and use insights to evolve content strategy

What We're Looking For

  • You're a natural on social media (Instagram in particular) and understand what works, what doesn't, and why
  • You shoot confidently with a phone and/or camera and have a genuine creative eye
  • You've used AI tools for creative work (image generation, video editing, design assistance, whatever your toolkit is)
  • You're self-directed and comfortable owning something from brief to published, including on-site at an event or fair
  • A small but solid portfolio of creatives and assets you've produced (social posts, campaigns, motion content, brand visuals, anything that shows your range)

Nice to Have

  • Interest or experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or event and fair coordination
  • Experience with motion graphics or short-form video editing (Reels, TikToks)
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Canva Pro, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Interest in sports science, health, or performance; curiosity is enough
  • Experience managing a brand or personal account with real traction
