The role

As a Customer Operations Intern, you’ll support teams across multiple regions and 3PL partners, uncover patterns in customer experiences, and help turn those insights into smoother processes, stronger partner performance, and happier customers.

What You’ll Do (and What You Won’t)

  • You monitor customer service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • You analyze contact drivers, support tickets, and regional trends to understand why customers reach out and help prevent recurring issues.
  • You track the performance of 3PL partners and shipping carriers against agreed standards, escalating issues to the right teams when needed.
  • You support improvements across returns, warranties, fulfillment, and other post-purchase customer journeys.
  • You contribute to our automation vision by joining key discussions, sharing best practices, and implementing practical improvements where possible.
  • You train and update customer service teams so they stay aligned with the latest developments and Loop standards.
  • You translate campaign information into clear, actionable updates for external partners.
  • You collaborate with logistics, customer happiness, growth, and other internal teams to resolve escalations and continuously improve the Loop experience.

  • Talk about AI without exploring how to use it in your workflow.

  • Pass accountability to someone else when an issue needs solving.

How You’ll Succeed

We look for people who think big, stay curious, and aren’t afraid to go all in to make things happen. You’ll succeed by finding structure in customer data, spotting the story behind recurring tickets or delayed shipments, and translating insights into practical improvements. You’ll work across tools, teams, partners, and time zones while keeping the customer at the center of every decision.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Excel or Google Sheets, data dashboards, and help-desk platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, Dixa, or similar tools.
  • Curiosity about AI tools and LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
  • An eagerness to explore how technology can improve workflows, accelerate analysis, and strengthen the customer experience.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Genuine empathy for customers and curiosity about what makes an experience feel effortless or frustrating.
  • A proactive mindset and excitement about working in a fast-paced, international environment.
