At Lincoln, we offer a unique opportunity to gain in-depth experience in the world of M&A. You will benefit from a comprehensive mentorship program and receive extensive feedback from the people you work with to ensure a steep learning curve. We have four interns working at Lincoln in Amsterdam at the time, with internships that last for four months. This implies that in total, we accept 12 interns per year. Duties & Responsibilities:

During an internship at Lincoln, you will be an integral part of the team and actively contribute to live pitches and deals. You will gain deep insights into the various aspects of M&A, taking on significant responsibilities and challenged to improve your analytical, financial, and communication skills. You will be making valuable contributions to:

• Market and sector analyses
• Pitches, Information Memoranda, and other deal-related documents
• Financial models
• Business valuations
• Buyer analyses
• Due diligence

Qualifications:

• Ambitious third-year bachelor or master’s students
• Above-average academic results, combined with extracurricular activities
• Enthusiastic and motivated team player, with a clear interest in M&A
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and attention to detail
• Proficient in both Dutch and English
