Job Description

Business Operations Intern

Essential Functions

Under the guidance of experienced F&A professionals, you will get the chance to:

• Gain insights into the Finance and Administration processes in a multinational company.
• Support Finance and Administration activities and its integration with the overall business and functional areas.
• Work with ERP and Business systems (IFS, Auditboard, SAP-Concur, PowerBi, etc)
• Support key F&A processes across Europe, including:
• Supporting system Entries.
• Support organizing Subsidiary management documentation and records.
• Assisting with Communication and Policies updates and training.
• Support ERP and system enhancement projects

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, or related field.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English & Spanish (additional languages are a plus!)
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable team player with a passion for Business.
